It is hard to believe it is the time of the year again where we have to start thinking about our annual flagship exhibition, The Winter Group Show at Linden Hall Studio!
It may seem early, however we are a small team here at LHS and want to give everyone the maximum opportunity of being involved in this very special exhibition. As many of you know, our Winter Group Show has grown into being quite the exhibition, with people submitting works across the full spectrum of visual art from all over the UK and abroad. It is a great honour for the gallery that this show has become such a cultural occasion in the visual arts calendar, however each year requires twice the amount of logistical organisation!
In order to make the process as fair as possible, the gallery have decided to limit the amount of Winter Group Show submission passes. They are available from now until they run out, giving plenty of time to prepare your submission once you have secured a pass.
The gallery will then accept submissions for the Winter Group Show from September 1st - October 24th.

WINTER GROUP SHOW 2025/26
December 6th 2025 - January 31st 2026
at Linden Hall Studio
This year there are a few prizes ;
LHS COLLECTION PRIZE
- One artist will be invited to join the gallery's collection of artists for a six month period.
TWO STUDIOS PRIZE
- One artist will be invited to join the collection of artists which are shown at Two Studios, a new space on Deal High Street. This new space features a selection of work from Linden Hall Studio & Corley Studio Shop.
DALER-ROWNEY PRIZE
- A selected artist will be chosen to attend an exclusive factory tour day. These limited tours are typically allocated via random draws due to high demand. The event runs all day with a behind-the-scenes factory tour in the morning followed by a creative session in the afternoon led by one of our partner artists using a wide range of our materials.
JACKSON'S ART SUPPLIES PRIZE
- An artist from the exhibition will be selected by the Jackson’s Art team, they will be offered either An Artists Insight film shoot, or an Inside The Sketchbook film shoot (should they have a sketchbook practice)
